“Did somebody say my name? You know to rules, ladies. Lights out after nine. Butts in bunks, now!”
“Let’s see… a name, we need a name… I’ve got it. Manakin.”
“What’s that?”
“It’s a bird! Welcome to Bramble House!”
“Listen, it’s gonna be okay! Camp is awesome. My name is Parsley, this is Smew, and that sour faced specimen back there is Bluejay. We just call her Jay though.”
“When you join camp, your house gives you a name. Whether you like it or not…”
“So let’s name her and get it over with! If Parsnip finds us awake we’re all dead meat!”
“I-I’m sory! I’m not usually like this… I just miss my mom and dad!”
“Is she going to do this all night?”
“Be nice, Jay, this is her first time at camp!”
“I have to admit, Parsley, this is getting quite annoying.”
“Says the girl that cried the entire first two weeks of camp when she was 11.”
